What will life be like from March 2019 in the architecturally impressive Parkapartments am Belvedere towers?
The answer to this question is provided by a fully-furnished 3-room apartment measuring around 84m², which is now open for prospective buyers to take a look around. The beautifully finished 11th-floor apartment features a quality fit out and also has some captivating views up its sleeve: from the dining table in the open plan kitchen residents look out over the red brick Arsenal complex, while the balcony and the two bedrooms afford sunset views with the Anninger hill in the distance.
The interior was designed with painstaking attention to detail – from the furnishings to the colour scheme and the decorations. The tasteful fit out almost exclusively features high end Austrian manufacturers including DA Premium, ANREI, Joka, Team7, Tisca, LEHA and Leiner kitchens. A leading role for Parkapartments’ star architect Renzo Piano’s home country is another component of the interior concept with the inclusion a piece of designer furniture: an emerald green velvet armchair by Italian manufacturer Lascondo, which has a major influence on the combined living and dining room space. The interior furnishings experts not only focused on high-end fixtures and finishes, but also attached great importance to creating attractive storage solutions and maximising the multi-functionality of the third room by presenting it as a hybrid office and guest room.
Like the entire project, the model apartment has a story to tell: Picture collages feature Renzo Piano Building Workshop projects, such as The Shard in London and the Centre Pompidou in Paris.
The fully-furnished model apartment can be viewed without an appointment on Sundays from 1.30-4pm. Access via the car park at the corner of Alfred-Adler-Strasse and Arsenalstrasse, 1100 Vienna.
