“After many years of living in an apartment in the historical part of Vienna, we wanted to focus on the modern aspects and character of the architecture as we went through this change and invested in property. We also wanted to find a location out in the countryside with more light, air, sun and nature, away from the hectic pace of the city, but that also offers a good public transport connection to the historical, urban part of Vienna.
We found a perfect match in the PARKAPARTMENTS AM BELVEDERE residential project, which met our needs optimally with regard to location and functional circumstances. Our ideas with regard to living space could be pleasantly implemented in the complex on request.
What was decisive for our decision was primarily the architectural language of the renowned architect Renzo Piano, who managed to use his design between the park and the train station to create a modern as well as unique architectural ensemble consisting of smart, transparent high-rise columns that create a clear identity.”
