On 18 March the big day arrived and the first owners of apartments at the completed Parkapartments am Belvedere ensemble stepped into their new homes for the first time at 8am. Over the course of the following two weeks, a total of 240 new owners picked up the keys to their Parkapartments, designed by star architect Renzo Piano.
Full of anticipation, many of the new owners had arranged to move in on the day of the transfer. The extra-large lifts in each tower made furniture deliveries quick and efficient for the crews of the vans waiting outside while the keys were handed over. Numerous delivery vans from Leiner were also on site. Part of the SIGNA Group, the furniture store provided personal interior design support, offering bespoke plans for the individual Parkapartments at competitive conditions.
After three years, the PARKAPARTMENTS AM BELVEDERE are now filled with life. The first residents to move in went for a stroll in the private gardens, enjoyed a workout in the attractive gym featuring Technogym equipment or explored the communal area with its fully-equipped kitchen. Some of them also took delivery of packages thanks to the lockable parcel boxes in the foyer. In the privacy of their own beautifully-appointed apartments, they also lapped up the beautiful views of Vienna below.
The SIGNA PARKAPARTMENTS AM BELVEDERE team wishes all of the new owners every happiness in their new apartments in the heart of the Quartier Belvedere.
